  Everything was just perfect!!!! The room...the breakfast....the host & hostess.... the location... just heaven. Second time in Douai but this stay made me fall in love with the town. - Great hospitality from hosts; elegant large, high ceilinged room with extensive TV channel choices; friendly dogs

  Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good too. Secure parking off street was a bonus in the snowy, icy conditions. The staff were all very helpful.   Our 2nd stay here. Lovely hotel in lovely building. Near enough to walk into shopping area but not too close to noise. Peaceful place in a beautiful spot. Fantastic restaurant just over the road & a really cool bar. Perfect place! - Clean, tidy & well kept. Comfortable bed in a nice quiet room. Good breakfast. Attentive staff.

  This address is a gem. Warm welcome in a beautiful family-owned and run historic house, very central location. The rooms are lovely; each has a theme.   This is an apart-hotel which allows you to eat in your room. It has a microwave and a fridge. My room had the best shower I have had anywhere, including the US. The furnishings were fabulous, the facillities brilliant, the ability to come and go like in your own home was great.
