  We were situated on the third floor, and the accommodation was very spacious and well equipped. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. It suited us to have apartment-style accommodation on this occasion, and there was also plenty of free parking right outside the hotel.   The parking outside was just as they had said although turning up as the nursery opposite was emptying out wasn't clever. The people on reception were very friendly and helpful and pointed us up to our room on the first floor. So much better than it might have been! The hotel is really good value and would be excellent for a two or three day stay too. It b - The staff was very professional and friendly. They tried to help in every way possible...They even printed my boarding pass for the airport. The internet worked well except at very peak hours. Kitchen was a great addition. Even thought the reception was closed they had a way fr you to check in after hours.. I loved having a nice hot bath! I had no problem with smoke..and I have zero tolerance,

  The room size. The staff was very helpfull when we told then we'd arrive late. The location if you are just driving by Bordeux and need a place to sleep. - clean, comfortable,spacious room, hospital , warm receptionist. Will go again next time for sure.

  L'Hôtel Particulier was a great place to stay in Bordeaux. It is located right near the Cathedral in the old quarter, extremely close to restaurants and shopping. Public transportation from the train station and the airport are within walking distances. The facilities are ideal for an extended stay, with a kitchenette and sitting area. Very large, well appointed room with a large sized bathroom and shower. Huge windows which had a peek-a-boo view of the cathedral. Although breakfast was extra, it was well worth it. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Certainly had all the extra touches for the price.

  Upon arrival the owner, Remy, had the curtesy not only to inform us that there was secure parking available for a very reasonable price, but he also parked it for us and brought the car back to us the day we left! Our room was very spacious, with a hallway entrance and separate bathroom and toilet. Very comfortable! And it was ony one of the Junior Suites!
