  Stunning house set in beautiful grounds well off the road. Martine and Bernard made us very welcome, we arrived on a Sunday after a long drive and sat in their beautiful lounge with a bottle of wine listening to some great music from their vast and varied selection of CDs. An altogether lovely experience. - There is no better place to stay near Mont St Michel. Beautiful house, fantastic garden. We stayed at the little house at the other side of the garden, where everything is so quiet! Martine and Bernard were very kind with us, they make us feel as in our own house. Excellent breakfast with all products selfmade, Martine is an incredible cooker.

  We found the Citotel le Patton clean and comfortable. We had a "family room" which was very roomy for the four adults. The bathroom was large and clean. The parking behind the hotel was convenient and safe. The location was great, easy to get to with a pizza restaurant across the square from dinner and a bakery next to it for breakfast pastries.   This appeared to be a very old building, as least a century or two, with the feel of an old French inn. The room was comfortable, apparently without air conditioning, but we opened our window and it was generally quiet at night. Breakfast costs extra and is a traditional continental style, but it is served in - The hotel is a lovely old building with a very pleasant garden, in the centre of Avranches. We had a family room which was spacious and very well appointed. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We were travelling by bicycle and were able to leave the bikes securely in the hotel covered parking overnight. The location was good for cyclists as you can walk to restaurants and shops in the evening. Breakfast was very good. We didn't have an evening meal at the hotel as we only wanted a light meal

The facilities were good; swimming pool, kitchenette, fridge and cooker (useful as the property is a bit of a drive from the town-you can always go back to the hotel take wine from the fridge and sit and relax and enjoy the view). Would certainly go ba - The location was lovely once found, very close to the motorway for the next day's journey.The pool was delightfully refeshing after a long drive.The owner and his wife were most welcoming and helpful on arrival and the parking was good.The cabin itself was clean and most comfortable.It offered me a very pleasant overnight stay..in a very peaceful location.I loved the bench outside each cabin that allowed a private area to enjoy the surroundings. .

  Mr and Mme Leroux were so welcoming and friendly! They set an extra little es for our 4 year old topped with a pink balloon, which she loved. Their breakfast was AMAZING! Mme Leroux makes her own jams and jellies and breakfast breads and Mr Leroux presses the oranges for the juice! They also recommended us spots to take pictures by the water. The couple was super duper nice and sweet and the breakfast was homemade and very nice! For what you get, the value is VERY GOOD!

  The host and hostess are lovely people. They gave us many great recommendations for places to see/eat. The location is an easy walk to town. The town has many shops and restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was delicious! We highly recommend Chambres d'Hotes Ricoux Elham!
