  The location of Residence du Cap itself is lovely with its views over the sea & surrounding coastline at the front and up into the hills at the back - a minute's walk from the sea, but set back from the main road so very quiet. Cavaliere has an extremely good beach but with other lovely, local beaches within walking distance along an old rail ... vad folk säger » track, designated just for walkers and cyclists. Opportunities for sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, sailing, etc. for the more adventurous and som - Great location just a minute walk from the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a two bedroom apartment which was well equipped and worked well with two children and a baby. Loved the terrace in front of the reception. The final night the aircon failed and we really didn't want to move just as the kids were going to sleep. When we checked out they knocked 40 euros off the bill without me having to ask. I think that says a lot. Would definately return.

  Qualtiy of service and excellent location - This hotel is not a 2 star, I stayed in much worse 3 star hotels in France. The Le Rabeleis should have 3 stars. The view is magnificent, the rooms are warm, clean and friendly, breakfast great and staff outstanding. Highly recommended.
