  the owner was very polite and helpful. he even picked up us from the train station. as its quite close to the penzion. Everything was new, clean and reconstructed. toilets very nice. was not cold at all. - Hospitable owner of the apartments, clean tidy room. Big kitchen with tea and coffee for free.   Location is great, right off main road and can easily walk into the town center, no need for car or public transportation. Lovely bike/walking path right next to hotel. Free parking, adequate breakfast. Room was small but comfortable, newly renovated with new furnishings/bathroom. Felt completely safe walking back at night. - The rooms were clean... vad folk säger » , spacious and comfortable. The breafast was excellent. It was a short walk through a park to the old town of Budweis.
