  This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were also very good. In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great; wonderful outdoor pool with towels provided and poolside service . Excellent breakfasts individually made if required.   Room design. Cleanliness. Freedom. Location. Delicious breakfast. All that people are writing about the swimming pool is unfairly diminishing hotel's rating. The pictures of the pool are exactly views from the balcony.   Staff were amazing. I spent two nights at the Authentic Luxury in Split. The staff took the time to share the history of their home and were very helpful. Staff took great pride in their facilities.   I do not know where to start. We just finished traveling Croatia for 9 days and our last 2 nights were here in Split and it was the best accommodation we stayed in on our trip. The apartment was fully furnished. Dishes, washing machine, towels, tv, Internet. The owner, Branka, was the best as well. She made the apartment so welcoming and was there... vad folk säger » if we needed anything. The Tv wasnt working and she called the provider and it was fixed in minutes. The location was excellent, right off the main s - We stayed in One Bedroom Apartment Senjska street. The owners were friendly and pro-active. It had a great location - slightly up Marjan Hill and a short walk to the Riva front. There are some lovely restaurants on the same street (Konobo Marjan, Tinel) as well as a little supermarket. The air-conditioning was good (and much needed!). Powerful shower. Lots of wardrobe space. All in all it surpassed expectations considering the relatively modest price. Recommended :)

  I am very pleased with the location and I intend to come back. The apartment is located near the center, in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, balcony and terrace. It also has its own private entrance, so it seems like you're at home.   Apartment had everything you needed apart from a washing machine. It was comfortable, across the road from a nice beach (which was a bit tough on the old feet).   As I wanted a place with a nice view I was upgraded from studio to a 2-bed appartment / penthouse! I had a terrific view from the terrass and being solo I spent wonderful evenings eating and reading there. Everything was clean and nice, very comfortable but be aware not to carry too much lugage as the penthouse is on 6th floor and no elevator.   I was coming from Dubrovnik and we were 1,5 hours late because of the Bosnia-Croatia border crossing. Nevertheless, our host Lovre was still waiting for us and actually was in communication with our previous host trying to find out if we were save. I think it has a very good location, the old town is within a nice 10min - We liked everything about our stay. The owners were really friendly and helpful and they wouldn't bother us during our stay like it happened in other apartments before. It is literally 10 minute walk to downtown Split and 3 minutes to the local supermarket Konzum. The apartment is superbly furnished yet practical with all kitchen appliances incl. coffee machine. There is even a small patio with a table and chairs in front of the apartment.

  Great staff, lovely rooms with parquet floors, what looked like New bathrooms (spa showers) good breakfast with plenty of choice, excellent location five minutes from the centre of split. - Very friendly staff, good location, quiet rooms (on the courtyard side at least).
