I am very pleased with the location and I intend to come back. The apartment is located near the center, in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, balcony and terrace. It also has its own private entrance, so it seems like you're at home.

Myself and my partner stayed in Apartments Vidilica for two nights. We
received a very warm welcome from the owner. He gave us a bottle of
homemade liquor, very nice. He also had a map of Split which he gave us
and told us all the best places to eat etc and what would be best to see

Zlatko is an amazing guy, who has a passion for his city Split.
The venue is so close to all the buzz of the waterfront, beach, restaurants & bars.
An old building that has been fixed up & so modern inside. Small but perfect for a couple without kids.
Narrow alley ways & old streets, parking can be tight, park your car, forget about it & walk from home to wherever you are going to sight see.

Location was excellent, there was only 2-5 minute walk to center of split. There were also good restaurants near apartment and area was nice.
Lady who owned the apartment was very friendly and helpful and she speeks good english as well. Room was clean and nice, bathroom and kitchen functional, even the kitchen was quite narrow.

Very close to the main promenade/restaurants/street shopping/port. Enroute is a very handy internet cafe. Felt very safe. Both train and main bus station are only 10-15 minutes away. Information office is also near by. Owner lives next door and is very open to suggestions to improve apartment.

Greet location. Right next to the station. Go onto the platforms and you'll see the apartments over the other side of the station. You can walk across the platforms to gain access. The apparents look very new. The one we stayed in (no 9) was a twin bedded. But truthfully was only big enough for a single. It was very small. Bathroom well appointed

We booked an airport transfer and Simoni picked us up from the airport.
He was very nice and gave us some suggestions for eating and sightseeing
in Split. Rooms are clean. We told Simoni we were on our honeymoon and
he gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and a bigger room than we
originally had. We left to Hvar for the night and we left our luggage
which was locked in a room near the reception.

Very comfy bed, great decor, loads of facilities.. milk in the fridge, washing powder and a washing machine, nice bathroom.. just right size for two people.. TV with lots of English channels including sports.. air conditioning at no extra cost.. located down a secluded path, right in the centre of town, short walk to beach.. Highly recommended. -

The room was beautiful! We had unfortunately stayed in a slightly disappointing place before so this place was almost a haven in comparison. You couldn't be in a better place for location - and the bed might be the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Also the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended.

The apartment is beautiful and the family who runs it couldn't be nicer. (And, they left fresh, delicious cookies for us when we arrived. Yum!) It wasn't in the very center, but pretty close to everything we wanted to do. While it wasn't cheap, we really appreciated the nice accommodations and the helpful team so it was worth the price.

The location is top class. The air conditioning was the best we had in Croatia. Our apartment had a great balcony for sitting out on. Great value city centre apartment which had everything we needed. My wife needed a hair dryer and the owner arrived with one within mimutes. Also arrived with beach towels when we asked if we could borrow some.

Very friendly hosts, apartment was well equipped. 20 minute walk into Split centre but easy to find. We were able to park outside and leave the car during our stay. The hosts showed us 2 lovely new apartments they were renovating which looked luxurious and they hope will be ready soon. The apartment we had was excellent value for money.

The best feature of Villa Kate is its location - minutes of walk from Diocletian's Palace, the markets, supermarkets and the Riva Promenade. It's well placed to join day tours and return to cool down in the air-conditioned sitting room before heading out to enjoy an evening stroll. We also liked the kitchenette and the power shower. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I am glad I asked them to book a taxi to meet us at the airport as we would never have found the place by ourselves! Over
