  Mycket fin lägenhet med stora ytor. Fina balkonger med vacker utsikt. Extremt trevliga värdar. Tillgång till trädgård med bla. gunga till barnen och grillmöjliget. Närhet till stranden. Tyst. Vi fick allt vi önskade och lite mer därtill! - The location is very convenient. Icici is a very nice town and the Villa is a short walk to the beach (we en... vad folk säger » joyed our coffee there in the morning...with the sun and the view). If you don't mind a little walk, you can even get to downtown Opatija. There is a grocery store down the street. The view from the apartment is absolutely gorgeous. Waking up at Villa Luppo is a real treat. The apartment is spacious and very clean and you can tell that Katja and Ivo take pride in their work. They are so n - We stayed at Villa Luppo for a couple of days in August 2013. I can only wish we had more time! Our family had a terrific time. Katia and Ivo are great hosts! Welcoming, very attentive to our needs, always ready to help. We arrived late, it was already dark, they met us nearby and directed us to the apartment.   We had a really great time, Roby the owner of this place, was great, he helped us a lot and when we asked him, he was always available.   The location relative to the beach (about 200m walk) and to shops (another 50m and some other shops not so far, easily reachable with a car) is perfect, it's also relatively easy to find with a GPS if you enter the name of the street. Air conditioner worked, blinds preventing us to wake up too early were there. The parking slot is situated directly - We loved everything about this apartment. It was really fully furnished, nothing was missing to make us feel like we're at home. It is very close to the sea and a nice pebble beach. The main road carrying lots of traffic is very close by but the apartment is situated at a distance from it so the traffic does not disturb you. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the terrace on the 2nd floor is fabulous. We will definitely come back!

  It was exactly as it was. Staff were friendly, the balcony room wasbasic but great views and good air con. Bathroom was newly refurbishedand lovely and clean - Location, breakfasts on the terrace, friendly staff. Would recommend but to stay in room overlooking the sea.

  This hotel/b&b is extremely well presented with flowers on the big terrace where breakfast is taken, and carpet throughout, which gives it a very comfortable feel and, importantly, makes it very quiet in the evening. Everything is beautifully clean and the choice for breakfast is sumptuous, perhaps the best I've ever been offered. This is a very well- - The guest house was, in relation to other accommodation in Opatija, very good price/quality ratio. Everything was very clean and new. Very convenient to have parking facility. The location was a bit tricky to find and one should be aware it is not right in Opatija. We were looking for an overnight stop on our way south along the coast so it was the perfect stopover. Whilst Optaija is a glorious old Austro Hungarian style resort it is not, (in my opinion only ), a place for a longer stay.

  Our family had a fantastic vacation staying at Villa Roses. We traveled with 2 small babies and we had all we needed at place. Apartments were nice and clean, all utensils were provided, you don't need to bring anything else. The hosts were great, very welcoming people. I would recommend this place to anyone for a great family vacation. If you add to this a fantastic sea-view fro - I spent some days with my family (4 people) in a big apartment to have full comfort. I can give only the best notes for everything in Villa Roses: great location with fantastic view from balcony on bay and marina in Icici , clean , well equipped and comfortable rooms , amazing hospitality and support. We felt like home. I recommend the place for everyone who wants to spend holiday in nice and quiet place , close to many attractions of Istria.
