  Brilliant location - close to beach - great views and close to centre of town without being noisy. Good size apartment - clean and well furnished. Great little swimming pool. Good food - good value - Very helpful staff - wonderful location just next to the beach, excellent value for money would definitely recommend.

We stayed in this fantastic Villa Verica with our 2 small children. Our apartment was big and specious with a lovely sea view balcony and was located on the grou... vad folk säger » nd floor, which we preferred. Everything was excellent!! The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment had been cleaned daily, bed linen changed regularly and towels replaced daily. There were a toaster, kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine etc available. Free wi-fi. No washing machin - The reception is in Hotel Milenji which facilities can be used by guests in Vila Verica. Receptionist was very helpful and was very fluent in english. We stayed in a studio on the 4th flour with a small balcony with side view to the beach. The beach is right in front of the hotel. The centre with shops and market is in walking distance. We enjoyed very much our stay and the localization was excellent.

  The apartment is a pure luxury, it is modern and very well equipped with anything you need. We had a bottle of water in the fridge and some fruit on the table when we arrived.   This is either completely new or completely recently refurbished because it was impeccable. A classic hotel room with all the usual bits including mini-bar, soaps, nice patio doors, Grohe fittings in the bathroom and a nice balcony with more of a sea view than we expected. There is parking and - Lovely family run hotel with friendly and professional staff.Spotlessly clean and has a lift.We had a very nice room with balcony and mountain and side sea view.They emptied the mini bar so that we could use it as a fridge which was great as we were self catering before and after and were able to store some food and use our own drinks.The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows and bedding top quality.There is plenty parking and free wi-fi.Good value for money with nice buffet breakfast in

  I loved everything about Apartments Ivana. The apartments have an incredible balcony view of the Adriatic, are meticulously maintained and the kitchenette is the most perfectly outfitted one of its kind I've ever had the pleasure in which to cook. I mused out loud that it would great if I could make my own coffee--and a coffeemaker appeared (even though it's not - Baška Voda is a beautiful place, and Apartments Ivana is definitely the perfect choice to spend there a nice holiday. Modern, comfortably furnished rooms, terrace with wonderful views of the sea. Excellent location, where the beach easily accessible on foot- but not for the lazy ones, it is on the top of the village! Very kind staff, the friendly owners are always there, and help in everything. Highly recommended!

  Everything that people that gave highest scores to Vila Adrijana said is true! The whole house is spotlessly clean. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, bathrooms are large, plenty of towels, if you require you can get your room cleaned during your stay at no extra charge (I stayed in numerous Croatian apartments, other landlords give you one towel ... vad folk säger » for 7 days and never provide cleaning before your departure). Location is great, it is so close to the beach but not in the first line where is imposs - Myself and a group of friends recently return from our holiday in Baska Voda at the Apartments Vila Adrijana we all had a fantastic time. Our apartment was very clean and was well equipped for a self catering holiday. Josif and his family were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. They are always on hand to help as they live on site.   It is a great location right in the center of town across from the beach but it is an older hotel and could use some renovation. The beds were just fair and the bathrooms were old. It was probably quite a jewel in its day but its day has passed.
