  The staff were incredibly polite and the service was impeccable. They were also very helpful in providing us with "local knowledge" of where to go have fun, have good food etc etc. The room itself was huge. Impeccably clean, service was always prompt especially when we ran into trouble with the washing machine. Amenities that one needs away from... vad folk säger » home were all there.   Super friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were gorgeous and with a great location this hotel made for a wonderful place to stay in Beijing. - The staff women were amazing. They helped us schedule trips we wantedand offered suggestions without being pushy (like many other hotels). Iwas very impressed with the service aspect and recomment to friends.

  Nathan at reception dealt with our check in efficiently and a couteous manner. He arranged for us to keep our club room for the 3 nights hotel beds had booked. Nice lad. Thank him. - Everything was good, this is my 3rd stay, and will stay there again, when I have an extended stay in Beijing. I did notice a bit of a change in the breakfast though,

  Läget på hotellet var mycket bra. Personalen var mycket hjälpsamma. De hade guidade turer. - I absolutely loved this hotel. All the staff made me feel so welcome.They made me feel like family. I would stay here again, and recommend it to others. - Wow...both my husband and I stated, at different times, that the Beijingwas quite possibly the best hotel we've ever stayed at. Period.
