  The staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing and the location is great for walking to various parts of the city. The accommodations are clean and comfortable and hold a bit of Winnipeg history within their walls. Our questions and requests were responded to quickly and politely. The only slight exception to this was the young woman who checked us out on the last day.   I liked the location of the hotel. Quiet side of the city. Hotel staff were very friendly and professional. We decided to make The Hilton our usual place to stay. We liked there was a gas station down the street. A business/shopping section in the area with a walmart, superstore, right down to a "Kids City" playhouse for our kids on the next block... vad folk säger » . When informing the employee at the front counter upon my arrival that I tried to contact the hotel from the airport for a shuttle but that I never got through and that I ended up taking a taxi, she took it upon herself to inform the manager and got me a discount on my room (the amount of the ... vad folk säger » taxi fair).
