  Extremely courteous and polite staff, the people at the front desk and the doorman/valet was especially helpful and kind. Our room was beautiful, very spacious, well appointed with high end yet rustic-feeling decorations that puts you in the perfect "ski lodge" mood. The fireplace IS a real fire-burning place, but they give you a duralog to burn i... vad folk säger » nstead of real wood. However, after a beautiful dinner and a few drinks, we retired to our room and I lit the fire, and it provided many hours of mood - The room we stayed in was amazing for the price (we know it would be more in peak time). We had every convenience we needed (fridge, ironing board, etc., etc.). The staff is great and receiving the small gesture for our anniversary is a nice touch. We love staying at the Hilton!!

  Hotel suite was larger than expected and we had two bathrooms. Having a sink in the "kitchen" area. Outdoor pool. Being on the doorstep of the Farmers Market.   We live in Vancouver and visit Whistler frequently. We like the location of the Chateau as it is at the base of Blackcomb and away from the late night noise of the Village. At the same time, it is only a 10 minute walk into town to access all that it has to offer. My wife and I love the Mallard Lounge late at night for a drink by the fire. It's one of those moments when we f - I loved the room, entrance and friendliness of the staff! It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.

  Everything. I stayed for 5 nights in a 1 bedroom unit with balcony overlooking the mountains and a small kitchen. It was all super comfortable and cosy - loved relaxing at the end of each day in front of the gas log fire. The unit was well equipped and Wi-Fi was included. Staff - The location of the AlpenGlow hotel is great. right by the Village where everything happens! The staff are very friendly and willing to help you choose the most suitable activity for you. The room is very spacious and comfortable. We saved lots of money cooking our own meals at the kitchen of our room. Building is very clean and well kept! Great place to pass a little vacation with your friends!

  I particularly wanted the upper village. It's location gave easy access to the main lower village, approx 10 mins walk. Our outlook over the gardens and chairlift was amazing. - The unit we stayed in was excellent. We enjoyed it much more than a previous unit. Ski in/ski out is great and the location is quiet.

Amazing view of the mountain from the seventh floor where we slept. Great location in the village within minutes you can reach restaurants, shopping, the gondola is just a step from the hotel, Professional and friendly staff gave us a response to every question and every need.   My girlfriend and I have been to the Nita Lake Lodge twice this year, once in the winter and once in the summer and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay! One thing we didn't get a chance to take advantage of on this last trip was the complimentary bike, canoe, or kayak rentals available. The shuttle bus service they offered was amazing and so useful. Thanks so much for that. The room was brilliant, really high quality finish. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. It was my girlfriends birthday and they left a card and a treat in the room which was a nice touch.

  We stayed just one night on a short visit to Whistler and were given a free upgrade on arrival. We had a large, comfortable room with a full kitchen, seating and dining areas, a fireplace, a double whirlpool bath and a views of the mountains. We liked being able to prepare our own breakfast in the room at our leisure the next mornin - I thought the staff was great - VERY helpful in regard to a number of things, particularly where to find things I was looking for (good dinner & breakfast spots, how to get to the lifts and which way to go to get coffee on the way, etc.). The facilities were nice - it would have been great to be a couple and have the lovely spa tub right there in the main room to enjoys each other's company with the fireplace, view, television handy, etc.
