  My boyfriend and I stayed here for the long weekend and were very pleased! From the moment we got there the customer service was awesome. The young girl at the front desk was one of the nicest people I've ever encountered checking into a hotel. We'd never stayed in Ucluelet before so we had no idea what the best restaurants were, where the best be... vad folk säger » aches were..etc, but she took care of all of that for us. She gave us maps and a load of information of what we could do and where the best places wer - The very friendly welcome and helpful information/local advice given on arrival about what to visit , where to eat etc, tours.Excellent clean, cosy,comfortable room,equipment and facilities. Free use of pool, sauna and gym.

  - Perfect hospitality + professional staff, the owner is friendly and very close to the guests with excellent service - Great room: wonderful balcony with nature and seaside view, we enjoyed the beautiful and modern furniture, equipment (kitchen, barbecue on the balcony) and spacy atmosphere, everything new and clean and full of light. Absolutely... vad folk säger » no problem staying here for seven days, we always felt very comfortable and were glad to return to such a great place after a long day. - The owner e - The inn is well situated by the water and is a perfect spot for just relaxing or exploring the middle west coast of Vancouver Island. The owner, Teo, was most helpful and gracious and even gave us (senior couple) an upgrade to the honeymoon suite!. As there was to be a planned power outage at 8:00 the next morning, she did all she could to suggest ways and means to cope with the problem. We had a short stay but a pleasurable one.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful even during the time that there was a fire at the motel while we were staying there, they got our stuff out with minimal damage, washed all of our stuff, and even welcomed us into their home as well as putting us up, free of charge at a nearby motel, they were wonderful!!! - Number one budget friendly. Bon... vad folk säger » us: large window with view, clean bathroom, eating room and table, view, warm heating, good small fridge, coffee pot, tea pot all worked well. Two fair beds that worked well Fishing and have family members living in town only needed a room.

  Quiet. The room was absolutely huge with lots of walking around room and the beds were comfortable. Was very short distance to restaurants, bars, shopping etc. The outdoor walkways to the rooms are very wide and well covered (it does rain in Ucluelet) making it easy to access room for packing luggage, beach toys and kids into and out of. He is a cancer patient. Great care and concern used in placing us in a large comfortable room, with small fridge and microwave. Room was bright and very clean. Excellent restaurants nearby.
