The innkeeper was delightful, warm, welcoming and super-helpful, the room was spacious and immaculate (the bathroom was gigantic) and the guests' sitting room was lovely. We were asked what we preferred for breakfast and it was great. The place was a little bit far from the town, but that wasn't a problem. Highly recommended! -

We stayed here for one night in late November and wished we had stayed longer. Extremely cozy and clean, comfortable bed, and great location. Close to the Wild Pacific Trail, which I highly recommend hiking. I liked that breakfast (bowl of fruit, yogurts, OJ, coffee/tea and great muffins) was already in the room so you could dine whenever you felt

I stayed for 4 nights. This is not your usual B & B this was like staying in a self contained Studio Apartment which for me was fantastic. There is a sofa to relax on after a day out walking and a super comfortable bed. Miles the owner certainly goes the extra mile for his guests. Go and give it a try- 'Experience Life on the Edge'!.

The Coast & Toast is very close to the ocean. Perfectly located for exploring the coast and the Pacific Rim Nationalpark. The rooms are very cozy. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is prepared with love and served in your room. We had a wonderful relaxed time and felt very much at home.

Great location, the style is very puristic, yet there is everything you could need! The fireplace was fantastic and the wood prepared every evening, so we just had to lit it.The soaker tub with rainshower and jacuzzi was a dream and the bed very good.

The loft was immaculately clean and we had the feel we would sit in the trees. It was very quiet on our pen -
The room was magnificant, such as the view! It was luxuous, but the nature got remained untouched! Ideal to clear your heads from busy life at home! There was a fireplace and hot tub, which we enjoyed both! Very friendly and hellpfull owners!! Nice views!! Wildlife, such as a bear, squirrel and a racoon in the garden! Would definitely go back!! We went for a whale watching trip, which also was magnificent!! The little hiking tour at the end of "Ucluelet Island" near the Pacific Rim was amazing

We were helped up to the tree house by the owner -- a long double or triple set of stairs.
We had a great view of an inlet and tidal flat with wildlife. There were cedars right outside our windows.
The shower was a walk-in with three shower heads for great coverage.

The location was beautiful -- across the inlet from Ucluelet, on a beach where we saw bald eagles drinking from the little stream that runs by the house. It is very tastefully decorated, quiet and very comfortable. The Pacific Rim Reserve is a treasure of old growth rain forests, waves crashing against rock beaches and beautiful crescent sand
