  Everything! Perfect location, close to the highway yet very peaceful. Clean, comfortable rooms, all with a stunning view of the lake, well-kept flower beds and picnic area for guests, excellent restaurant, delicious breakfasts. The hosts are a welcoming, hard-working couple with excellent local knowledge. We arrived after their restaurant had c... vad folk säger » losed, and they called to book us in to The Pepperpot in Thessalon, a cosy restaurant with gourmet home cooking in generous portions. We liked the mo - I and my family have been staying at the Carolyn Beach Motel every time when in the area since the early 1970's and have always loved it. The new owners have done a beautiful job renovating the facilities. The greet you and make you feel like a friend. The food was excellent, the room fantastic and I was in the first of the buildings, and the paths for a walk about are beautifully maintained. They even made a bit of a fuss over my cockatiel and made him very welcomed. I would and have already r
