  We very much enjoyed our room and the helpful service. Our room was clean, neat and had useful extra items for our comfort and convenience. We stayed at Rogers some years ago and will again the next time we're in Smiths Falls. Very good value. - the location of the motel was perfect for what we wanted.   I liked the fact that there were no surprises. It was just as we expected. It was actually a bit more than that! For whatever reason, our room was upgraded to a king-sized bed. As we were on a sightseeing/family visits mini vacation, we were basically just looking for a nice, clean place to sleep and that's exactly what we received. We were travelling with another couple, who were equally happy with the time we spent there. - What attracted us to book at Best Inn Motel is that they accept pets and my husband and I wanted to travel with our dog. The motel is basic but it is clean and comfortable, with large flat screen tv, free Wifi, and quiet air conditioning. Peter, the owner, is helpful and friendly. We will definitely go back.

  Tom the owner was a very interesting guy. Nice art work. The breakfast was great. Dickens the dog was great. - Tom was an excellent host and the B&B is picturesque. I would highly recommend it.
