  We absolutely loved this place! The location can't be beat...one minute walk to all tourist sites but far enough off the main square to avoid being kept up at night with noise. The room was very cute..2 separate sleeping areas and a beautiful view of the neighboring park and St. Lawrence River. The room was immaculately clean as well. Loved it... vad folk säger » ! - The location is right next door to the Frontenac Hotel, in front of which is an information building and the on-off bus, so a great way to get started. You can open your window which I like. It is quiet and clean, although nothing fancy.

  I enjoyed use of the hot tub, though the hot tub could have been on a warmer temperature. Interestingly, maybe you folks up in Quebec can handle cold better than heat, I just left it at that. - The staff was very friendly, and the English speaking staff were eager to help the French speaking staff while communicating with us.

  I stayed at this hotel for one night because I was leaving for Cuba that week. The hotel is offering the round-trip to the airport (Only 5 minutes from the hotel) and they can guard the car for the week too (They are keeping our keys at the desk for safety).   We had the double bed room, which included a bar fridge and coffee maker. It was fairly small since it was just the one bed, but still enough for the both of us - especially considering it was only 50$ per night. The breakfast was good, a typical continental breakfast.   The hotel itself was beautiful with a charming room with a fireplace that had the elegance of a posh hotel but the lovely aroma of a cabin. The valet's were amazing and were so helpful - even lending an umbrella when we went out an outting! - The staff really makes you feel like royalty...truly a 5 star service.

  Friendly staff although busy still had time for a chat and to help with where and what to do.Relaxed, comfortable environment. Super clean. 10 mins walk to old city and about 6 mins from central station. Imogen is such a lovely staff member. She loves her job and made our stay really pleasant.   Everything!!!! Especially the hostess! She went out of her way to make this visit an memorable experience!
