  I enjoyed the pool and way it was set up., particularly as it was divided into in essence a shallow and deep pool. Very good for young children. The hot tub was also a great addition. While the water was warm. I liked the fact that you had two internet connected computers easily accessible. The ad for pizza & drinks for $16.00 was a good ... vad folk säger » idea. Newspaper was nice - Steven at the front desk was VERY helpful. He set up our internet in the room on the laptop. He was very busy helping other people as well. A very good employee. Very informative also. Like the hot tub. Love the location. Walked around the market

  I like facilities, staff services on desk, room services. The parking facilities is also very good. My family like because there is a wave pool, hot tub and other rides. They enjoyed a lot.   We loved the adjoining suites for our extended family from out of town, the large TV screens. The Nespresso coffee maker and milk frother were an amazing find in one of our suites.No fuss breakfasts were great, with a good variety of foods, even for our gluten and dairy free member, lots of space for our grandson to wander around. You don't even have to pull out your laptop! Computer AND PRINTER all in your room. Free laundry on one floor, exercise room, great free breakfast and close enough to walk downtown to the tourist areas. Four or so blocks down side street to Rideau Canal -- great walking site! Will definitely stay here again if I have the pleasure of another trip there.

  Staff was excellent and made us very welcome. We loved the history of the building itself.   The most pet friendly hotel we ever stayed at, the Comfort Inn really made us feel welcome. Amazing staff! The gentleman at the reception desk was so helpful and friendly.   Our room rate was $111 plus tax. It was a suite with lots of space. A kitchenette fully stocked with necessary dishes, utensils, pots pans, full size refrigerator, microwave. Helped save us a little money by cooking breakfast in the morning so we were not rushed to get out of the hotel in the mornings to find something to eat.
