  When booking on line I thought I booked a room with a hot tub. I did not but they upgraded me to a room with one for only $50.00 more. It was great. - We had a lovely overnight stay in the hotel, rooms were very generous in size so were beds. Handy location very friendly staff.

  The staff was excellent--hip, young, friendly, canadian (gotta love the friendliness of Canadians!!). The place was small but that made it quicker to heat up on the cold days we were here. Mini-fridge, microwave, tv, lots of pillows, coffeemaker with good coffee...all the essentials. - Quickly upgraded to bigger room when my original room was far... vad folk säger » too small for 2 people.   My husband and I stayed for two nights in one of the newly remodeled fourth floor rooms. Very nicely done with keeping the old Hume hotel design yet quiet, comfortable and climate controlled. Always enjoy the complimentary breakfast and the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had a great time in Mike's pub watching a hockey game on the huge screen.... vad folk säger » - Staff are very helpful and friendly. I stayed on the 4th floor where the hotel has newly renovated the Room. The room was really good (brand new) and the bed was perfect to sleep on. The restaurant was nice and Breakfast was also good. Highly recommended to anyone.

  The owners of Glacier are "real" people and treated us like family as soon as we arrived. Answered all questions we had about Nelson and gave us a few tips on a couple of great places to see and do. We had a great time while we were there!!! It had amazing views over the lake, and was close to a good number of attractions. I would certainly come back to the Kokanee if I was in the area.

  The management/staff was just amazing. We arrived early for check in and while our room wasnt officially ready they checked around and got us into a room that was ready. The motel is older and they are in the process of updating it. Our room was two beds and a kitchenette. We had no one above or below us, which was so nice because kids are not awe... vad folk säger » some at being quiet. We were by the road but didnt hear any traffic all night. We didnt hear our neighbors either even though the motel was totally fu - The location was great.... close enough to the beach and city, but not as busy. We arrived late, after 10 pm and the staff waited for us and made sure we were settled in. There was a minor issue with the room, but Frank went out of his way to rectify it. Wonderful service and continental breakfast a bonus. Very comfortable stay and my young son enjoyed the pool and grounds. We plan to go back next year... Celenza Family

  It was centrally located. Even though the rooms themselves are nothing to look at, they are clean, the showers good and the beds are really comfortable....plus, it was quiet. You just can't beat the location. - Really good mattress, the sleep was perfect! The location is in the middle of nelson, you can walk to shops and cafe´s in a minute.

  Had a good experience staying here. The location could have been closer to downtown but most of the time it was actually nice to have a place away from the downtown scene once in a while. The room itself wasn't incredibly huge but was clean and had a comfy bed. Great place. - Very friendly and hospitable management. They were very understanding and accommodating in extending our stay when we experienced vehicle trouble and had to wait for parts.   Our experience at Creekside was a highlight of our already wonderful visit to Nelson BC. We opted for B&B because we wanted a more personable, homelike, quiet place and this we found above all expectations. Not only was every detail done tastefully but Linda became a friend and went above and beyond the call of hostess. The setting was so peac... vad folk säger » eful and relaxing and the breakfast exquisite. Thank-you, Linda, for offering your heart and home. We hope to be back one day. - Linda was a very welcoming host. The room had everything we could think of and was very comfortable indeed. We loved waking up to the sound of the Creek and the view of the lakes and mountains. Linda's breakfast was amazing! It was all homemade, fresh delicious food. It really set us up for the day. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this B&B to family and friends. Thank you Linda- we loved staying at Creekside!

  We really liked the hotel. Wished we could have stayed longer. Before arriving to the hotel, we had just came from Penticton and had stayed at the Sandman. Your rooms are head and shoulders above the rooms at the Sandman. Your hotel is AWESOME!!
