  The staff were exceptionally accommodating. I never experienced that before. I was in a desperate need for sleep my check-in wasn't until 4pm and I was there at 6am. They found me an available room at a higher room rate but gave me the same rate I had booked at. I was participating in the Ironman Mont-Tremblant 70.3 and they gave all the athletes ... vad folk säger » a late check-out of 2pm. I checked out past 3pm and not a word was said by them. I am booked there for the Ironman in August! - The hotel is first class - all that you need at your fingertips. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Room included all that is required, such as bathrobes, toiletries, great coffee, wine glasses etc. What made our stay at this hotel memorable was the staff -they were amazing!

  I loved this property. We stayed there on our honeymoon. The staff was courteous and helpful. There was a dear at our terrasse every morning. The hotel is ideally located on Mirror Lake and is slightly off the beaten path. The location is pristine. The grounds are wonderfully kept. Breakfast in the morning was generous.   The hotel was gorgeous. The 2 bedroom suite was beautiful and had a balcony and fireplace. Definitely the best part was the outdoor hot tub that was open all night. I was really nice to be able to have a beer in the hottub (I'm not sure of the official rules, but our access cards let us into the pool and the pool was never covered and we saw other... vad folk säger » people with beer in the pool). I've never seen a place where I could use an outdoor hottub past 10, so this was really nice. The shuttle service was - It is a very picturesque Hotel, more like an Inn, situated a 5 minute drive from Mt.Tremblant.   From the time they parked our car everyone was so friendly helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The room was very nicely furnished and cozy and the hotel itself was just yards away from the village. We had a wonderful weekend thanks to the westin people. We were provided with a large storage area for our gear and we had access to the facilities to change and relax when we finished skiing at the end of the day.   The wood decor is beautiful. The room per say was nice but the bathroom could have used some renovation. It was a little worn. We had dinner in the bar area and it was delicious.   I was attending a two day law conference at Fairmount Hotel - Mount Tremblant, the location of the Le Lupin B&B was excellent as it was very close to the conference location. The room was very quiet, it did not have a TV- and if the surrounding rooms also do not have TV's it makes for a very quiet and restful night. I needed a good night's s... vad folk säger » leep as I had been up at 5:00 AM to drive from Ottawa to the conference that morning (in freezing rain, and snow squalls) so I really appreciated the - Auberge Le Lupin is the best B&B that we have ever stayed in and we have been to many. Pierre and Sylvie are incredibly charming hosts and Pierre is a great cook. The breakfasts were delicious and filling too with lots of choices. We did not need much lunch as a result. The atmosphere is low key and relaxing. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. All in all, a wonderful place to stay for a ski vacation to Mont Tremblant.
