  I loved the bed and linens! Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having a fridge and kettle. Loved that I could go out on the large balcony and there was seating and a table. Also was happy that I could smoke on the balcony. Very personable, asked how our stay was, related to us well by saying he'd been to our home town etc. He was very friendly to a young boy asking a question at the front desk.   Everything! Property was absolutely clean, with full amenities provided for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was great, particularly loved the freshly made waffles!   Checking in was very pleasant and we had a flight delay of 1-1.2 hrs so checked in at 11pm instead of 9:30pm Friday night. Manager was great. Room was clean.. Older but just fine bed was comfortable and there was a small kitchenette if we had wanted it. On Hwy 97 but our room was in back and very quiet. And n/s as we requested Queen bed.   the nicest ladies ive ever talked to very accommodating in so many ways and in all ways possible...like being around family treated like family...thank you ladies so very much...pat davidson - The room had a little kitchen.   This has to rank as one of the best B&B's we have stayed in, including outside of Canada and was exactly as pictured on the website. We were welcomed by our very genial host upon arrival. As well as being very friendly, he was also very knowledgeable about any events happening in and around Kelowna, the local restaurants and can give you a bri... vad folk säger » ef insight about the city. The accommodations were extremely well appointed and of a high standard. There was a very tasty range of breakfast options - Sid the owner made us feel very welcome and upgraded us to the Jacuzzi suite on arrival. The room was lovely and so relaxing with our own private balcony. We stayed a couple of nights to see the sights of Kelowna town which was very nice and within a 10 minute drive from the B&B. Sid recommended a good restaurant for an evening meal, Raudds which was very nice. The breakfast which Sid cooked was amazing, lots of fresh coffee, pastries and the eggs benedict was superb!
