  Front desk lady was very nice. A/c was great. Room was clean. Shower and towels could have been bigger. Beds were comfy but my wife didn't like them,, she's weird. Over all great price for the room. O and t.v was good along with fridge and micro wave. - Clean and tidy. The small microwave, fridge and table was great to have.   Great location. Lots to see and lots of outdoors activities within the vicinity....bike trails, hiking in the escarpments, 120 waterfalls, historical sites, waterfront areas, hugh botantical gardens. Host is great guy.....friendly, caring, accessible and helpful. Room is comfortable and common areas are clean. Great place to stay for budget minded traveller - The manager was very accommodating. The house is rented to college students during school, but several rooms are available for travelers during the summer. This is like being a guest in someone's home. A dorm-like atmosphere with shared bath, kitchen, laundry room, TV room. Just what I needed as I was bicycling and camping across Ontario.
