The place was absolutely beautiful, like stepping back in time, and so comfortable. The owners were incredibly hospitable and helpful, offering so many little touches to improve their guests' stay, from bits of luxury in the rooms, to delightful breakfasts, to being more than willing to offer advice and tips for enjoying the island. Excellent service from all staff they go above and beyond. The bathroom door has frosted glass with beautiful reed design however you can see through it so we contacted the front desk and they came up and installed a removable blind on suction cups which satisfied us completely. Great location, walking distanc e to everything downtown and the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. When we arrived our room was not ready but we were upgraded to a king suite and checked in immediately. Because of this we extended our stay for an additional night and had dinner in the Redwater grille downstairs - the steak was out of this world!

In this B&B you feel like you were visiting your family. Owners are very welcoming. We stayed there two nights and everything was great. Breakfast was composed mostly of home made products, which were delicious. We even got extra muffins and cookies for second breakfast.

We felt very accomodated. We liked the fact that we were given the choice of reusing our towels and bedding...such a waste of time and resources to do otherwise. We had a number of questions/requests after the first day of our stay and they were taken care of immediately. Thank you for helping to make our stay so enjoyable!

The manager and staff were extremely helpful and made the trip that much more enjoyable and relaxing. Even though at first I was concerned as our rooms weren't ready the kindness and attentiveness of the staff made any such problem disappear.

We stayed 2 nights, had 2 rooms, 2 couples. We liked the convenience of the underground walkway, especially for pool use! The woman at the front desk around noon on thurs Sept 5 was exceptional. Great customer service! We asked for an Italian restaurant and she recommended Sirencella. Loved it! Thank you so much! -

I liked the fact there were chairs outside and we could enjoy the sun. The rooms are not the newest but they are very clean. I also liked the fact there was a gas stove and a fridge along with all the cookware and dishes were there for us. It was VERY quiet even though there were a lot of bikers in the next rooms. Good value as we didn't stay in the room much, used it as a base to travel the island. Very friendly staff, interesting breakfast offered! Homey. Clean. No noise from the airport or road at all (in the main, newer building) and we were upgraded when we got there.

We loved this motel! Friendly staff, gave us several brochures on the area. Not fancy, but clean and everything suited our needs. It had a full kitchen, good shower, great wi-fi, large play area for children, quiet, close to downtown Charlottetown and shopping malls, flat screen TV - everything you could possibly need for a long stay. -
