  This B&B is welcoming, comfortable and affordable. The location is great, service was wonderful - not just the breakfast but also the hiking recommendations for the area. I travel quite extensively and this is by far, my new favorite B&B.   We had a great view of the mountains in Banff from our room. The hotel is up out of the townsite, so you feel like you are in nature. The room itself was modern and roomy. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Also, the shampoos, creams and soap products were very nice quality and natural. Free use of the fitness facilities, pool area and free WiFi, was another bonus.

  Good room set up for friends travelling together - the two queen bed room was almost like a two bedroom - allowed for privacy. Would also work well for a couple with little kids - two TVs so kids could be in bed and adults could still be up. Liked that they used LED pot lights.   From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the entire staff treated us exceptionally. They are all professional, respectful, and they treated my daughter like a queen. The hotel itself is amazing and fun to explore, especially in your slippers late at night.   We recieved a very warm welcome from all of the staff at Brewsters mountain lodge and nothing was too much trouble. All our requests were met and exceeded. Our room was large,very clean and well decorated with a lovely big bathroom with bath/spa jet and shower . Room was always lovely an warm with a very comfortable big bed. Jacuzzi tub in the room was amazing after a long day of driving. The staff were helpful and knowledgable. Continental breakfast was decent with pastries, toast/bagels, and fresh fruit salad and yogurt. My husband and I stayed during the off season, but would gladly stay in

  The room was very large, clean and cozy. The room had a fridge, two comfortable chairs and a dining table, which we could use for snack or breakfast, a very large desk and a chair, which we could use for a computer. The room was warm - the air conditioning was very powerful and it warmed the room almost instantly. The staff was great - a few days before our - Great hotel! Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, kitchen, microwave... We've stayed at other places in Banff, and liked Irwin's the best. Most of the other places felt more like overpriced motel rooms, while Irwin's felt like a nice hotel. We got a great last minute deal on a room, and were pleasantly surprised by what a nice place it was. Also, pet fee was only $10.
