  Jag blev av någon anledning automatiskt uppgraderad till ett executive room, och jag var också där i jobbet, och rummet var absolut något av det bästa jag bott på (även jämfört med andra executive rooms som jag har bott på) Mycket bra läge i absoluta centrum av Gent. - I personally only booked rooms for my boss/colleagues to stay sounfortunately di... vad folk säger » d not stay myself. However, I am told that this hotel isabsolutely superb, the staff are very friendly and the executive suite'sare quite simply 'stunning' . Would have no hesitation in recommendingthis hotel and they can't wait for the opportunity to return! Superb! - Very good location, lovely reception, great breakfast, spotless communal areas and a very nice room indeed. Staff were helpful and knew the area well. I am not the type to recommend everything as supported by other comments, but this was outstanding and I will certainly use this group again in the future.

  Spotless rooms - superbly fitted out. Staff were very friendly andhelpful. Location is great for seeing all Gent has to offer. Private,secure parking a bonus (reservation needed).   Ann was terrific. She is an attentive host. We had been traveling for several straight days and needed to do laundry. She would not hear of that since it would take away our sightseeing, so she did our laundry for us! The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was enormous, and the breakfast excellent. The bed is comfortable, the room is quiet despite being on the front of the house. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

  Beautiful rooms, stylish design. We stayed in Graaf Van Vlaanderen Room (Executive Double Room) and Modern Room (Deluxe Double Room with Balcony). Both are cosy. It's nice to sit by a fireplace with a beer. :) Wonderful breakfast. Lovely amiable hosts and staff. Excellent advices given. The recommended places were beautiful. Air con welcome as we visited during a hot spell. Good breakfast. Private parking, though a short walk away. Generally quiet (though see downside). Very convenient for old quarter. Didn't use TV (huge) nor fire as too short a stay / summer, but nice to have. Would return.
