  The staff were first class and were always on hand to answer queries or to provide information, right down to providing us with a european adaptor as we had forgotten to pack one. Room was exceptional and cleaned daily. Some very nice touches like the personal welcome on the flat screen tv in our room.   What a brilliant design/boutique hotel! The attention to detail was significant. The design was top dollar. The staff were great. Be Manos worked out that the secret to relieving you of you hard earned cash was to do it with a smile. Their restaurant is cool! - Be Manos was unlike any other hotel I had stayed in. The decor was fab, and the service was outstanding. We loved our room, great bed, bathroom etc... and the breakfast buffet in the morning was terrific. The rooftop patio was beautiful and we relaxed up there late at night with a glass of vino and remarked what a great hotel it would be for a swanky event. Highly highly recommend.

  Beautiful rooms, very lovely friendly staff. Service was excellent, they could not do enough for you! We were even able to check in at 10am from an early flight; we were expecting to store our bags and traverse the city for the day!!   We liked everything about Le Meridien Bruxelles. It provided a comfortable base for our six days stay in Brussels and the location was absolutely perfect for us: right opposite the Central Station from where we took the train to Bruges and Den Haag, within five minutes walk of the beautiful main square and ten minutes walk of the Museum of Fine A... vad folk säger » rts. - Staff were excellent, friendly and proffesional. Internet rate were reasonable for a 5 star hotel, 1st 3 hours free, then per minute up to 45 minutes then per day. Check in was quick in less than 5 minutes, check out was the same.
