  The facilities are luxury, the team is very nice and helpful. eventhough we booked 3 nights we had to shorten the stay and therefore asked the manager to change our reservation. she helped us doing this with a smile and willingness to help. The hotel is very well equiped all around the premises.   The hotel made our perfect ski weekend even better. They upgraded our room to a one-bedroom suite. Reception was friendly and very helpful. Restaurant food (dinner and breakfast) was always great and staff were very warm (special mention to Mr. Balazs). Bar and afternoon tea were always great (special mention to Ms. Lena and Mr. Wojtek).   Very good location with a country view. However, close to town. The twin room was a littler smaller than we expected but had everything we needed. - Very nice and friendly small guest house. Ski buses travels near and from the guest house you can see the nearest slopes. Peaceful place.
