  We loved the staff, the Spa facilities, the perfect situation (nearby all shops and the cable to go up)...the entertainment in the evening (piano, other), the cosy living area downstairs, our room (clean & comfortable)...great hotel!!! - Nothing to like.

  Herr Huber has developed an excellent hotel, close to the primary lift. He made excellent recomendations for dinner away from the hotel, but every meal we had at the hotel was fantastic. - Great modern hotel. Good wine selection and food. As four star hotels go this one absolutely deserves the rating. One if the best.

They are quietly efficient and discrete while also being there to help when needed. Most (although not all) of the staff appeared to speak a number of languages including English.   The family owners and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Bedroom was spacious, with extremely comfortable beds, a seating area and balcony to sit and admire stunning views. It was always cleaned to a very high standard. Food was delicious and plentiful. Location perfect. Any time they were ready to help us with our requests. Very clean and cosy rooms. The decor in the hotel is very cozy and homely. Delicious cuisine and a large selection of dishes.   Everything was nice. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Her English is perfect. No doubt we're going back to Aparthotel Veronika.
