  Fantastisk service och personal toppen - The hotel is lovely, the deluxe room is very comfy and has a very modern bathroom which was great. The lady who owns it is unbelievable, she is fantastic and will help you out whenever she can. I hurt myself so couldn't walk, without her help my holiday would have been ruined.   Everything about our stay here was fantastic. The owner greeted us with a warm welcome and was very friendly. The rooms are very clean, spacious and modern. The sauna and relaxation room are great and again very very clean. The location couldn't be better...the penkan gondola, free ski bus and supermarket are right on the doorstep.   Loved our stay here, there are great views and it's a superb location at the quiet end of town but only 5 minutes walk to the centre. Very near ski lifts if you go winter. We stayed in the penthouse,it was extremely clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful owner/staff. Lift. Our large balcony was great for sunbathing and to sit out in the evening ... vad folk säger » as it was hot in August. There's a free sauna but we didn't use it as weather was so hot. There was a music festival while we were in Mayrhofen and l - Place was a gem! It was clean, new, and perfect for travel. We had the smallest room, but it was still huge to us (2 bedroom and 1 bath). It had a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of storage/space. It was located right at the base of one of the lifts to the mountain. Short walk to grocery store and shopping/eating. The owner was amazing! Spoke excellent English and made us feel right at home. Hotel has an elevator (for strollers or heavy luggage). It was perfect!!! One of the best hotels we st
