  Great hotel, quiet, nice view, friendly but not overwhelming staff. One night we asked for some ice from the bar and the bartender working gave us an entire cup full.   Of the three hotels we stayed at during our trip to Krakow, Salzburg and Vienna, the Hotel Savoy Garni was our absolutely our favorite! The women behind the front desk when we checked in was warm, friendly, enthusiastic, and graciously answered all of our questions. The underground and city map the - Location was fabulous, a few minutes walk from the museum quarter, 15mins or so to st stephens catherdral and the shopping streets, underground only a few minutes walk, supermarket across the street, cafe and restaurants galore. Street is parallel to a street with more shoes, handbags and clothing stores you could wish for, staff very obliging all in all a great hotel.

  1. The apartment's location is excellent - a couple of minutes on foot from the Museums quarter. Also, the facilities (supermarket, bakery, metro and tram stations) are close. 2. Despite the proximity to the center, it is quiet as the apartment faces the inner yard. 3. The owner (Christian) was readily available on phone, and was very - Clean and comfortable. Good location (the Innere Stadt and Museums quarter were just a few minutes walk away). Shops and transport just outside the apartment building. Restaurants in Spittleberg just five minutes walk away. Quiet and peaceful place to return to at the end of a busy day.
