  I liked almost everything about the hotel and especially so the soap they chose for the rooms. I loved the Panorama room -truly the view is amazing.   The hotel has recently been redone to a high modern standard. Very welcoming. Efficient staff. Excellent half board food. Also has a top restaurant as an alternative. A very lively bar in the evening with Vladi singing. Great spa and decent size pools for laps. - The staff were so incredible and friendly.   Fabulous resort. Fantastic Spa and Staff. Christos at the Spa was a consummate professional and was very knowledgable. Martin in the ski rental area was very helpful and also provided excellent customer service. The reception staff provided the best customer service i have experienced in a long time. The Spa was beautiful, the setting is lovely and the staff did everything they could to make us happy. Gorgeous large room for a very reasonable price considering the luxury. Ski shop excellent too. Cannot fault the hotel in any way.

  Servicen var utmärkt, bra att man fick skjuts ner till byn när som helst på morgonen och även hämtning på em. - We loved everything about our stay. We were warmly greeted by the front staff upon arrival and whenever passing by the desk. Our room was ample in space with a large sitting area, double closet and two room bath (toilet is a separate ro... vad folk säger » om). We also had a balcony that overlooked the Swartzsee. We booked a room in the "older" section which we had some hesitation. It was wonderful. Not outdated as you would fear. We had a hand written note on the table welcoming us to our room with an apple and a - The rooms are with a great new design, bathroom is large and great material has been used. Location is perfect to swim in the Schwarzsee (2 minutes), so leave for hiking or other nature activities.
