  Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff, custodialand dining staff were all first-class ambassadors for the company.Couldn't be more pleased. - The hotel location was ideal, just a short 10 minute walk along the river promenade to the Old Town - Innsbruch. The friendly and very co-opeative staff.

  Petra is an extremely friendly and helpful host. The apartment was spacious, clean and with everything you could possibly need. The location and views were fantastic. We had a car but you could easily use public transport (10 minutes) or walk (30 minutes) in to Innsbruck Play area for small children. We were visiting family but there is lots to ... vad folk säger » do in and around Innsbruck. Great for cyclists and walkers. - The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The building is very beautiful and the position really good. Very quiet surrounding and very near to the bus stop for reaching the city center.

  In July 2013 we spent one night in Hoarachhof with our two children (9 and 11). Althought it was not easy to find the place (our GPS did not really help us :-)), the friendly hosts, the beautiful environment, the unbeleivable view, the comfortable house compensated us for everything. I can recommend this house to anyone who likes does not want to ... vad folk säger » spend all his time in a busy city. - Set in a beautiful quiet setting, apt was beautifully done, comfortable. Walking distance to the tram station , close to a big supermarket . It's also only 10 mins by car to Muttereralm ski slopes. Thank you to Andrea, especially cleaning up our apt daily .   it was just amazing! the landscape and the surroundings are wonderful, our kids loved the hotel and the view, it was like a fairy tale. and not far away from innsbruck. we spent there a wonderful time . thank you - Excellent location and not too far from Innsbruck Airport.   The staff are really nice and welcoming. They are flexible with check in and check out times. Very helpful with giving directions and recommendations. The apartment itself was better than what we expected. Pictures don't do it justice. A lot of space. Comfy beds and sofas. Big windows and massive balconies with amazing views. Really good power showers and toi - The staff is friendly. The apartment we stayed in was a great value for our money. We had 2 bedrooms, a balcony that overlooked beautiful mountains, and the lovely landscaped backyard. There was a well equipped kitchen, comfortable eating area and living room. They also had a sauna, pool, and new muscle relaxation chamber.

  Very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for two people, a very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Lovely mountain views and a comfy verandah to enjoy them from. Quiet and private.
