The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Didn't hear any external noise from our room. - the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money. Room was clean; bed was comfortable; shower was excellent and the radio worked! A working radio is a rarity among hotels these days

Although the units we joined there was a sense of privacy. Parking was close to the room. The children had plenty of space. The unit was easy to 'live in'. The gym and pool were an added bonus. The ability to order food in was fantastic. Overall good value if you need to be in the Macquarie Park area. Comfortable rooms but limited food options in-house or in walking distance. Great restuarant next door though, but hard to find ("Lachlans" at Macquarie Graduate School of Management). - The location suited us as we needed to go to a specialty shop at a local shopping centre - Top R... vad folk säger » yde. The other motels in the area didn't sound at all appealing. The best features were 1. Easy parking and 2. Quiet - didn't hear any traffic noise. - Lexie and Simone on the front desk were wonderful and ever so helpful and friendly to me. Also your gorgeous shuttle bus driver was marvellous too. Everyone went out of their way to help me knowing I was by myself with not a clue how to get around.

I was pleasantly surprised to find during a last minute booking that the hotel was offering a deal on a twin room with 2 double beds - this was impossible to find in other hotels of the same calibre in north sydney, and anywhere within the same price bracket. The late checkout of 12 noon was also fantastic, again I haven't seen this in many other ... vad folk säger » hotels and I was impressed at their flexibility and accommodating manner, both online and in person. Fabulous!!! - My room was spacious, modern, with all the necessary facilities. A bonus was the balcony with an outdoor setting. The staff were friendly and helpful. I used a wheelchair at times and many of the staff asked if I needed assistance which I found very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend to others.

The view from the room was fabulous - trees and greenery. Also the room was good, and opened onto a shared TV room and kitchen - excellent design. Also closeness to shops and Uni, as well as extra pillows and duvet were great. - Secure rooms, own bathroom and safe environment to walk at night.
