  We were impressed at the quality of the accom for the price and the features like beach inlet bbqs - everything was 'neat as a pin' and better than some 4/5 star resorts for cleanliness. The location (approx 1.2km from main street) and ease of travel with bus and ferry services for our teenager and toddler (to beach at Hastings St) was also great.... vad folk säger » We felt spoilt by the simple niceties like quality soaps, a full size fridge, small store close by and easy bus ride to the supermarket. The differen - We were pleasantly surprised that the advertisements accurately described our unit. We had a ground floor unit which was easily accessed from the covered car space. It opened out onto lawns which led to the marina where birds and ducks frequently landed. It was very quiet and conveniently located. We hope to return one day, even in the middle of winter because the reverse cycle air-con meant there was adequate heating for cold winter nights, infrequent though they are in Noosa.

  Position and outlook are exceptional. The swimming pool and spa are the best we have enjoyed anywhere. Cleanliness was of a very high standard. All staff encountered were very good and when repair work had to be done it was done promptly with no intrusion.   We stayed in a 2 bedroom single level apartment in the Mermaid wing and it was so handy, and walked straight out to the pool area. Throughly recommend it. We had friends staying at the same time in a loft apartment and they wish they had of booked one like ours. Apartment was well stocked with all the things like vacum cleaner to a variety of kitchen untensils. Our apartment was reasonably spacious and had a balcony & a courtyard and both bedrooms had an ensuite.

  We rented a 2-bedroom appartment. It was very large, superb, very well equipped (really above all other appartments we had rented up to this point) and just perfect...   Excellent hotel and staff. It is actually a hidden Gem in Noosa. The manager Tony was extremely friendly and helpful. I was with my 19 yrs old son where we were visiting Noosa from Jordan.   Loved the staff, ever so friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless, and the apartments are gigantic! Makes you feel at home rather then being squished into a small apartment.   My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the layout of the rooms was nice. We loved sitting out on the balconies' at night relaxing and listening to the local wildlife. Donna and Rick were a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and helpful.   Very clean and comfortable, and despite being in the heart of the 'action' at Noosa it was surprisingly peaceful and a very relaxing place to unwind. Much better. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The room (23) was very large, clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and clean and I felt comfortable using it. We had a car so we didn't have to make the walk down to Hastings St to get to the beach/dinner etc (15min walk downhill) - note: there are cheaper dinner options around the corner in Noosa Junction.
