  Allan and family are excellent hosts nothing is too much trouble rooms very comfortable and clean infact I am back here now and would not stay anywhere else would recommend the summerhill to anyone thank you - We stayed at The Summerhill for one night- very friendly and helpful owners.   I have recently moved back to Australia from 10 years in the US. Since I have been back I have found that customer service is lacking in our services industry. Michael epitomises customer service. Before I arrived, I realised that I had made an error when booking the room, so I called Michael. He was super accommodating and helped me to correc... vad folk säger » t my error. Every time I saw him at the complex he was friendly and offered great advice. He called me by my first name whenever he greeted me, and - Seashells Apartments is a regular choice of ours when visiting Merimbula. It's ideal for families with bright comfortable rooms and lovely well maintained gardens. Staff are always happy to help and make you feel very welcome. The location is also great being situated between both the beach and lake.

  The Lakeside Holiday apartment was very nice. The owner/manager was very helpful. The apartment had a nice view of the lake and was very close to the beach and a reasonable walk to the center of town.
