  The location is great, with a fantastic view. We were given a top-floor apartment which was huge. We didn't have a car but were able to walk to the shops and use local transport quite easily. The pool was a great magnet for the kids and my nephew had hours of fun making new friends there.   Absolutely fabulous apartment on the 15th floor with views to die for. For all those who complain about having to buy a toilet roll, for goodness sake go get one or bring one. I would have preferred having a small breakfast pack which I would have been prepared to pay for to the free tea & coffee etc., because the shops were a bit of a walk ... vad folk säger » if you didnt know where to go and you were tired. - So clean, spacious & open layout. Friendly staff that were so informative & the full kitchen was such a wonderful asset. Comfortable bed & wonderful furniture. Excellent pool, spa, suna & BBQ area. We entertained our family on one day of our stay & they loved it. We'll be back because we were made to feel special. Thank you.

  I enjoyed the stay at your apartments. I would like to comment on the security personnel named Dion Hughes. He was very helpful and courteous. He helped to give directions on where to move around. - We did like the pools and sauna and the place is close to the beach.   I loved every second of being there but the best thing about my time up at the Q1 was a certain staff member. Kevin he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked and was great and really friendly, and he gave me the best service and I went back down to the lobby after I had a swim and just got to talk with him. I loved the activities that we could do (skyclimb, observation deck - breakfast lunch and dinner!) everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come back!   We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good.   My three daughters and I checked into Meriton Serviced Apartments - Broadbeach for a 5-day vacation in Gold Coast. The staff was efficient in completing the necessary paperwork for check in and check out. We arrived early and as the room was not ready, the staff suggested holding our luggage; that freed us to explore the area. The apartment was sp... vad folk säger » acious, clean and well-equipped. Daily housekeeping was excellent. The location is ideal; a short walk to the bus stop and to Pacific Fair Shopping Ce - Do not stay anywhere else!! This is the perfection place to stay. Broadbeach is a real upmarket place with plenty of bars and restaurants. It is more low key and not as commercial as Surfers, which really suited us. Surfers is only a 30 minute walk along the beautiful beach. The staff at the Meriton are excellent. They helped with all our queries and booking trips and excursions.   The receptionist asked it we had our night planned or would we like some information on what was on offer. I politely told her we were celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary. She disappeared for a minute, came back apologized, and told me she had upgraded us to a lovely room with great views. We will definitely come back. - When I booked I didnt realize that we had an option of smoking/non smoking. Realizing we did have that option after booking in it was no trouble to staff to relocate us to a smoking unit and with in minutes we were puffing on our cigies out of everybodys way.   Excellent room with kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea! We were on the 13th floor so had amazing views of the coast! Very clean and comfortable and a great price for the room / location! A 15 / 20 minute walk to surfers paradise where all the bars / restaurants / amusement arcades / shops are, and the same in the other direction to pacific ... vad folk säger » fair shopping center... If it's too warm to walk there is a bus stop outside the hotel door to surfers, or a 5 minute walk to bus stop to pacific fair - All of it, the views, the rooms were spacious and inviting. The area it is in is fabulously close to everything, We literally parked for the whole week. I feel mean only marking the staff GOOD but I literally did not need them or see them other than entering and leaving the resort. They were friendly without being intrusive. Just lovely.

  I would highly recommend the Skyhome that I stayed - excellent 270 degree view of both sea and city, and trendy designed rooms. There are two swimming pools in Tower 1. The hotel is close to everything - beach just across the street, shops around, restaurants underneath. And they offered efficient service to book tickets for theme park and taxi. - I like the hassle and stress free convenience that the hotel offered. They even have pillow options which was tremendously helps deep slumber especially for yound children. Also, there are also free ipads and wifi provided for the stay as well as wide selection of complimentary movies that helps the young ones occupied when I needed some "me" time.
