I really enjoyed my stay here, the room was big. Okay I had been upgraded to a larger room but it was big which I liked. Didn't hear traffic noise although very near a busy road. The staff made our stay amazing, nothing was an issue. Every request was actioned so quickly. Everyone was very friendly and that made such a difference. We will always stay at the Pullmans. Service was just amazing.

Every single member of staff I encountered was friendly, helpful and professional. Very impressed! Some nice design touches both in the public areas as well as the bedroom. What a lovely hotel, its location is centre of Brisbane and the rooms are huge. My husband and myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The thing that absolutely sold me on this hotel was the service. From our arrival the check in staff and concierge were so helpful. Can't think of a time recently when I have received such consistently good customer service from an establishment!! The bedding was so soft and cossie and your snuggled right into the donna, had a fantastic night sleep. Normall

I requested a room with a view as this was a special occasion. The room had a great view overlooking the river and park across the street. Most probably one of the best stays I have had in a hotel. The facilities were great and everything was clean and in a working order. This was for sure value for money. -

Firstly as I was travelling with a friend - it was far more comfortable for us to have an apartment with a bedroom/bathroom each and enjoy the larger lounge area together and cook if we wanted to in our kitchen. Deceiving at first as the door to my room was off one of the carpark
levels (I was only on level 2). But open the door to a wonderful
surprise - a huge long apartment with good bed, full size dining table,
full size fridge, oven, cooktop, smallish lounge area with decent size
tv and a large outdoor patio area with dining set and sliding doors to
block out the nearby traffic.

On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful and very welcoming.
Carparking was easy - a fee of $35 but we already knew about that so it was not a surprise. Still reasonable for inner city secure parking.
The room itself was just lovely. Clean and new, modern and well decorated, I could find no fault. We had a one bedroom city-view apartment.

We loved the view from our room and the fact that the 2 bedrooms were completely separate. Excellent room service, location was just perfect, close to shops and transport. Plenty of room in the apt, didn't feel like we were on top of one another. Great having the 2 bathrooms too! Would definitely stay here again.

the Staff were super efficient, we mentioned the TV in the bedroom didn't work. Next morning a brand new one was installed and set up for all channels. They had the new towels we asked for,ready for us when we got back late at night, and helped at every opportunity.
