Rooms were warm and clean. We were very happy with the facilities - especially the games room for the kids. We would recommend this hotel to families. Good location and value for money, friendly staff. Plenty of choice of pillows is welcome. Exactly what I needed after a long motorcycle ride nice clean relaxing atmosphere. Room size and condition was excellent and reasonably close to local amenities.

Friendly hosts who offer good value for money in a town where prices go crazy during the ski season. Modern and clean bathroom. Warm and with a decent drying room for ski gear. Easy parking and access. Clean,convenient to ski fields and local shopping area. People friendly. The bathroom and shower was by far the best interms of set up. Very near Perisher, and the brand new, very clean bathroom. Quiet & clean. Convenient location. I liked the location. The beds were quite uncomfortable. Lots of facilities listed, pity most of them were not operating during off season. New bathroom was good but water flow way to slow from the shower head. Heater was working overtime to keep the room warm. nothing. Bed sheets not big enough for teenagers in bunk beds, sheets were untucked by morning. Also to happened to friends in another room. no internet during the day ...when it was adverstised. No pool table, only a kettle , berry cramped up & rough looking inside also some bunk beds were two single beds on top of each other. No value for money would never stay there again. Bathroom roof leaking lots of water from upstairs bathroom. Beds weren't made up when room was serviced, just bed covers pulled over. Poor lighting (old style fluorescents) in room. Rather ugly entry and reception with huge cage-like security curtain cordoning off the breakfast area making it look like a prison. its not a children friendly place though,, especially when having a toddler. Wall mounted heater in the room took a very long time to get the room only slightly warm - definitely not adequate for winter. It's also controlled at the main switchboard - switched on between 3-4pm and off at 9am. No extractor fan in the bathroom so everything got wet and stayed wet after a hot shower, which means the new bathrooms are unfortunately, going to start growing lots of mould pretty soon. The bed was rock hard and my back was siezed up for 2 days afterwards. It was much too hard & I could barely walk the next day. Everything was good apart from this. Staffs are not professional minded.
