  The manager, Peter, couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating if he tried. I emailed in advance as we wanted 2x double beds (myself, my partner and my parents) and as he actually upgraded us for free to a stunning 3 bed apartment - even taking all our luggage up there for us and giving us tea/ coffee/ breakfast packs. It was superb! Views, location close to all you need! Would not hesitate to stay again and have already told all our friends about it:-) Oh and the pool was AWESOME!

  The service from the front desk management was faultless and we will definetly staying there again. we are also in many groups so will be organising many more trips to that resort 5 star all the way - Great location, comfortable, clean, friendly and helpful managers.   we were there for 4 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was nothing to want in the way of cookware, kitchenware etc. and our travelling picnic basket was never used as it was all in house. - We went there for relaxation and thats what we got..   * We liked the position of the hotel room on the ground floor with a walk out to the pool * I loved my bedroom and ensuite, my mum had the other bedroom. my bed was very comfortable * we loved the value and the attitude of the guys at Pier Resort reception, who managed to get us our requested second night for a steal compared to the normal rate.... vad folk säger » This above all else made the two night stay sensational. - These apartments are quite modern and fully equipped to meet the demands of the most difficult guests (ours had a washing machine, a dish washer, a tumble drier, a huge shower, a jacuzzi, two tv sets, free internet access, a fully-equipped kitchen, parking space, an adapter for foreign plugs, etc.). The view was gorgeous, and it's only a short walk to the pier and the marina.

  We loved our time at the Grand Mercure. Staff are friendly and very down to earth. The facilities are great we spent more time in the pool then we did at the beach. The location is awesome you can smell the beach and plenty of restaurants to go to. It was very clean/comfy & homey feeling. The 2 baths were nice to have and they were a good size, as we were with another couple.

  Only 5 years old, so a very modern and Nice looking place with a very good pool. Meals were good with a buffet breakfast. The car park is under the building. We had a very enjoyable stay local to the marina for whale watching. - Room was very comfortable and clean.   Position is great, overlooking the Marina. Two minute walk to the Yacht Club for meals, entertainment and pokies. Other restaurants available as well. One bedroom spa apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Balcony is a good size. All in all really liked our stay and will return. Some rooms even have direct access to the pool from their balcony, which I think is a great idea.
