Lovely stay from the moment we were greeted (we were an hour late after they usually close reception) and shown a map of nearby spots to help with our stay (ie supermarket, restaurants) to the quick check out. plenty of space in bedroom for porta cot and room in living area for infant to play. Nice walking distance to everything and super close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay at Arlia Sands in November 2013, the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, extremely clean and spacious with great facilities. Location is perfect too. We are returning to Australia next year and plan to book here again while travelling. Thank you again for an extremely enjoyable stay.
alla recensioner » We loved the size of the two bed apartment, the cleanliness and the balcony, where we had ample room to sit, eat and drink - in private. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots and serving dishes, too. Being one street back from the Esplanade means Arlia Sands is very quiet, too. The owner Derek is friendly. Although the office hour on Sunday is 9-10am, he was already at the office for us to check out early. Check-in after office hour was easy too. Clean and well fitted apartment. Within walking distance to the beach and eating places along the beach. Good for family with children. I loved this apartment. It was roomy, modern & clean with everything I wanted. And the pool area was inviting. It was close to the beach & foreshore shop's & it was just a friendly peaceful environment. Had an amazing time. Perfectly comfortable apartment for our stay.. Can't wait to come back!!. staff were fine,somewhat helpful,location was in the right place,barbeque and pool area clean. Great people, very nice room, undercover parking. The extra charge on towels. Thought that was a little scabby. There was nothing to not like. really nothing to complain about. Upstairs room carrying heavy bags. No free WiFi. No TV in main bedroom. No free wifi. Noisy neighbours upstairs late at night. Ageing carpets and lounge chairs and screen door slider stiff. Fans were noisy. Bed uncomfortable. what we booked on line was not what we got I would not rate more than 3 stars we had 3 towels for the hole trip were not told to bring towels. Very poor.maintenance to apartment.
