room wasn't cleaned properly
a lovely big room a balcony a microwave a cooker (which I didn't use)
main door extra lock didn't work a bath but no plug I was a bit cold as only a thin blanket(even with the extra blanket) only minor problems though
The meal's were great it was clean very friendly people
The room was large, the bed really comfortable and toiletries were provided. It was excellent value for the price I paid and very convenient to Central Station and Queen Street mall.
Good size room, nice & close to the venue we were attending for a wedding, very close to central station for the air train, cheaper air train ticket via the hotel.
My phone got stolen in Brisbane, but not at the hotel ...

Bit worried about the notice telling us that if we set off the smoke alarm it would cost us $884. Amongst other things they provide a toaster - my husband is very good at burning toast and setting off the smoke alarm at home. Didn't dare use!
Price, comfort, location and clean spacious rooms. Also the pizzas from the restaurant were excellent.

quiet and close to the city room had lovely view and a balcony good bed and TV Extras met needs - iron, hair dryer staff helpful
there appeared to be mould in the freezer and on the ice cube tray particle board at base of cupboards was chipped
What the hotel offers and its location in relation to the city and medical services on Wickham Terrace plus it has the convenience of the attached restaurant which you can use as desired or the kitchen facilities supplied in most units.

Cleanliness questionable-the bathroom floor looked suspect-a quick clean at best.
Large Room and balcony with views into the hills.
Swimming pool area not clean, missing panels in the roof. Nothing like photos on this site. Needs refurbishing. hallway to pool area had no lights on and smelt. Car park not well sign posted for visitors new to Brisbane. Could get better value for money else where in Brisbane.Was not clear on booking that is was a Best Weston chain hotel.
Staff were very accommodating to my special request and were very pleasant to deal with.
When exiting the lift the 6th floor smelled terrible and so did my room 607 which was disappointing....it kind of ruined the stay.
