  Front desk service personnel very accommodating and attentive to providing solutions even to inquiries not directly related to stay, e.g. where in Adelaide to order for a bespoke customised plaque. Stay there for meals and one can skip the ones at more picturesque Windy Points. - The hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Staff were particularly friendly and efficient. Food was innovative, tasty and attractively presented. Excellent live music in foyer. Convenient location - good for shops, museums and walking along the river bank - green surroundings in minutes. Good parking. A highlight of our journey across New Zealand and Australia. Thank you, Sebel.

Beautiful property and wonderful staff. - We had a great comfortable room with a view over the parklands. Fantastic breakfast and great pool for relaxing,well maintained. The hotel is centrally located which made it easy to walk to Rundle Mall to do some shopping and sightseeing. Staff were very friendly.

  Kate who was looking after reception was extremely friendly and made me very welcome, not cold like some of the bigger hotels - Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, spacious room with minimal outside noise. Quality teas and coffee available.

  Everything was clean & tidy, you could tell they take pride in there Hotel. Our room was huge & comfortable (Executive Deluxe King Room). Our bed was very comfortable as were the huge pillows. The staff were very friendly & Gino stands out as a winner. You can see that his friendliness is genuine. Because of him w - My colleague and I checked in together and were immediately offered a free exec upgrade - very much appreciated as I needed to use desk. Rooms allocated were directly opposite - perfect for coordinating our departures (ie, good, thoughtful service). Great bathroom. Great snack selection. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for a while + value for money.

  I liked the proximity of the Ensenada to the main shopping area of this beachside suburb. I rarely had to use my vehicle as the beach was virtually at my doorstep as well as a variety of restaurants, hotels and cafes. My queen room was very comfortable. I was provided with a carton of fresh milk for my tea and coffee. Secure parki - The room was kept clean and tidy. it was possible to take your own food back to the room to eat. The staff were very helpful and friendly There was a good range of TV channels The hotel had wireless though you had to ask for a new internet code each day. The hotel was in a fantastic location 5 minutes walk if that from local shops, restaurants, the beach and tram so you didn't have to drive every where!

  It was a last minute decision for my 50th birthday. We received a room upgrade and a bottle of bubbly when we told them our occasion - thank you Hilton Adelaide you really made my day. Liked the rate we paid through letsbookhotel.com The bed was huge and comfy and the view was great. Cocktail bar was lovely, civilised and relaxing around 7pm. The Concierge was very helpful in booking day trips and the laundry I sent in was promptly returned. I also found the check in process to be very efficient and JP provided a good first impression of the hotel.
