  Great staff on reception. Our requests were accommodated without fuss. Rooms were com fortable.Pool area was furnished with clean towels regularly and tidied at timely intervals.   Our room was amazing: 30 to 40 sqm and a bath tube in addition of a fully fitted bathroom, very clean, incredible matress...only the hapiness to spend a good night after having been stuck on LA Freeways! Good breakfast. Nice location nearby the Santa Monica mountains and not far from the Thousand Oaks Mall.
