I spent one week in February at the Tropical Breeze Resort and found it very accommodating. I booked a standard room and it was located on the side of the office, a short block away from the beach. I was within walking distance of the restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I asked for a bedside lamp for reading and

- swimming pool was just a few steps from the dhe door of one of our bedroom, which was very nice
- we had a reservation for two-bedroom apartment, but it was not available, so they gave us an apartment with three bedroom in the same price, which was very nice

The location, cleanliness and value were very good. We could have stayed closer to the beach, but would have paid a lot more. As it was, the hotel was conveniently located for both accessing the beach and seeing the town. -

The location is wonderful with beach just steps away. St Armand's Circle nearby with lots of great shopping and restaurants. There are 2 beautiful pools - one adults only - with Tiki Bar between. Business office available and good restaurants in hotel.

housekeeping. Refrigerator in room (free) made breakfast and lunch
budget friendly. Shuttle to St. Armand's Circle so you don't
have to deal with parking. Location, literally steps to the beach. Free

We loved the fact that your hotel was right on the beach on Lido Key! It
was so beautiful and relaxing and the beach is spectacular!! The pools
were nice and warm even on the days when it was cloudy, very windy and
only in the high 60'S. We would definitely come back!

Of all the cheap hotels in Sarasota, this one was definitely the nicest to look at and the cleanest. It's just close enough to downtown Sarasota and all the attractions that you can drive there in 5 minutes but you're far enough away that you don't feel like you're in the city. All the amenities we needed (microwave, refridgerator, safe, coffee maker, hair dryer) and more. We had a king sized bed AND a pullout bed. Room was spacious and well laid out. A very pleasant surprise considering the value price. Would recommend to anyone needing to stay in the area.
