The entire staff (Bruce, Maik, Dave and housekeeping) is absolutely delightful, considerate and go out of their way to make our entire stay comfortable. On our last day, we deposited our suitcases to the front desk in the morning and asked them to drive the suitcases in the hotel shuttle and picked us up from the Link Light Rail station at the end of the day and head straight to the airport to save time. Everything seemed to work and was comfortable. The airport shuttle was easy and quick. It was very nice to be able to take the airport shuttle to the light rail station and go to downtown Seattle. -

Once we figured out how to get there from the Light Rail it was great! WAY easier for overnight stopovers than other places we've stayed. Clean & comfortable, friendly staff, and decent coffee in the morning! And the shuttle right to our departure gate was a bonus. Great value. -

Staff was very friendly and helpful... very easy to have shuttle bus take you a few minutes to light rail at Seatac and explore the city... then get picked up at the end of the day... we were even given the service the day we checkex out so we had more time to look at Pike Place Market... -

This was a good experience. I was picked up and the driver loaded my heavy bags and was curtious and talkative. Then the desk clerk helped me carry my luggage up to the 2nd floor. The room was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised because the price is so low! I felt safe even though Im a female traveling alone staying at a 53$ hotel. In the morn

The staff were so willing to accomodate my needs. As soon as I called to
be picked up at the airport they immediately responded even though it
was late at night. The hotel obviously was very tired at some point,
locks have been changed and they provided great Wifi. It is obvious that
the owners are trying to accommodate at a very reasonable price.
