  Чистота - We booked a 2 bedroom suite and were awarded a 3 bedroom suite for the same price. The suite was really nice and comfortable. - It was very clean, pleasant and in a great location. Everything was wonderful.

  Все очень понравилось!!! номер, сервис - все просто отлично! - I stayed in the hotel on 26/9/2013. I had booked a deluxe room for the couple of us and our 7-month-old baby. We walked into the room, only to discover that we were upgraded to an executive suite without even informing us. It was a glorious surprise and the suite was really luxurious,... что говорят » comfortable, and offered a magnificent view from the 28th floor. In short, we liked everything about this hotel and will sure stay here again in the near future. - The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.
