  For the price of a chain style hotel I was amazed at how perfect the location, room size and facilities were. Couldn't recommend higher. A lovely couple running the place made me feel very welcome. Set in a beautiful country setting with a comfy and modern fitted room. Every need had been anticipated, and the ability to pre-order breakfast made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. The food was excellent, the service pleasant and friendly but not intrusive, and it is definitely a place to return to.

  It was a massive and comfortable room for a family. We have a marriage day at 31st of March and 1st of april was my elder daughter's birth day. So, we enjoyed that night by staying in that hotel and been to brighton pier following morning. I would like to give them five plus.. - Very comfortable, quiet and clean. Restaurant very good - great selection breakfast and dinner. Staff generally excellent. Reception staff had trouble deciding from the system whether we had breakfast included although when I booked online it was included - this needs clarification for staff.
