After flying from Terminal 5, Heathrow to Manchester I find my bags were left at Heathrow. My frustration soon subsided with the greeting I recieved from the reception staff at this hotel. We had a wonderful night at Alderley Edge Hotel. We stayed in the Henbury room. It was spotlessly clean, a good size, quiet and beautifully furnished. We requested a cot for our daughter and the cot provided was clean and the bedding like new. The breakfast was delicious too. We would definitely recommend this hotel. -

Stayed in the Eclectic Villa room, beautifully designed and spacious. Roll top bath in toom, with option to dim lights. DAB radio, dvd player and tv for those chosing to stay in and romance. Perfect setting!
Wonderful breakfast menu, including full Irish option! Small charge for breakfast room service, but well worth it.
Massive bed, beautiful quirky design throughout the hotel. Smoking/bar terrace with heaters and garden furniture downstairs.
Late check out till 3pm for extra £25!

We had been warned before that building work was underway but it made no difference whatsoever to our enjoyment and all the staff went out of their way to be both friendly and helpful. There was also an enthusiasm for the place that was refreshing.

Being a new hotel, it was very clean, the rooms were great (loved the showers). As the purpose of our trip was shopping, the Ramada is quite close by taxi to the Trafford Centre. The apartment was great. I booked for a one bedroom apartment and it was only for one person. I got there and the apartment was huge and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was bread, juice, condiments, biscuits all provided free of charge. The staff were very helpful. Very comfortable stay!! - I was most impressed with the food provided

The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone. The hotel is relatively new, and it looks it; very new and crisp feel about all of the décor and the hallways, walls etc. The staff are very pleasant, professional and helpful. We had asked for a twin room and when this was not available we were upgraded to a room with a super king bd in the executive area. The young manager who helped us was really helpful. We ended up with a most luxurious room and really enjoyed our stay The dining room was very attractive and comfortable and the breakfast convenient and of a good standard.
