Localisation was perfect - so close to the waterfront, close to shopping area and not too far from the Agora. Very nice an clean rooms. Absolutely perfect, couldn't think of anythin gbad. This is one of the best hotels i have stayed at. Arrived very early and the staff allowed early checkin. The reception staff was very very helpful and attentive. the location is marbelous!
Close to everything, the bazar,the coast,shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.
they didnt send the van to pick us up at the airport ,but the cost of the taxi was reinbersed.Also they gave us a smoking room against our solicitacion.Then we were moved to an upgraded non smoking room . They make mistakes but they have the will to fix them inmediately

This is a new hotel and as such is still in really good condition. I was really impressed with the room and as stated on their own website and by previous reviews it is just like a home from home. BROWNIE - this is the first thing I remember about KAYA - the best brownie I have had was served in their lavish breakfast spread. I loved it. Staff was friendly - they returned cash back when we cancelled the third day due to change of plans and also packed an awesome breakfast due to our early departure. Overall our best stay in Izmir. -

İbis İzmir has a great location just in front of grand station. I went to İzmir for a concert and I stayed there just one night. Concert hall was in walking distance. İzmir İnternational Airport is easy to reach from hotel ıt takes just half an hour by train. Staff was really friendly and helpfull. Children were free of charge.

We were immediately charmed by the kind welcome of the host and enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very clean, the shower excellent and plentiful. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous. We will definitely stay at the Konak Saray when we come back to Izmir. -
