The staff were very friendly and helpful. The young man on reception was exceptionally so.
The room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed, and the large bathroom was always well stocked with shampoo, body wash, and even sanitary disposal bags (first time I've seen that!).

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights on a trip to Chiang Mai. The hotel was simply wonderful. The room was of a good size, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was perfect for a morning swim or after a long day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was set and so did get a little samey after 8 days but it was always fresh and tasty. Overall, a superb hotel and would definitely visit again in the future. Top marks!

Very helpful and Nice staff. Always ready to help in anything. We arrived at chiang mai at 6 a.m and the check in should be only at 12 a.m but they give us a room to sleep.
The breakfast was very good and we could choose what to eat, they have 4 options. The locatin is fine, just in the centre. They offer 2 new bottle of water everyday.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Our room was really nice, with free natural shampoo, conditionor and shower gel. This is a proper spa resort with a tranquil feel. Breakfast was incredible with both western and Thai of a very high standard. I recommend the pancakes! We would really recommend this hotel.

The room and decoration are very good. The location is quite out of the downtown Chiang Mai but mid of Wiang Kum Kam. It gives the different feeling and experience. The great care that the staff extended to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.

Room 206 was beautiful and a taste of the old Thailand teak and carvings decor. A welcome respite after a day of physical effort walking , touring and experiencing Chaing Mai.
Cool room with all amenities and private. Charming padlocked door of old Siam style. Proximity to the restaurants, bars , markets, wats and nightlife made the old city location ideal.
A little confusion at breakfast mainly due to some staff not converscent with English but
